Cohu, Inc (Nasdaq: COHU), founded in 1947 and headquartered in San Diego, California, makes back-end semiconductor test equipment: test handlers, testers (ATE), contactors and spring probes, inspection systems and analytics software. Its largest factory is in Ayer Keroh, Melaka, and it opened a 20,000 sq ft semiconductor test design centre in Bayan Lepas, Penang, in June 2024.
