Tera Data Centers is a Singapore-headquartered data-centre platform, founded in 2022 and backed by investors including HSG, that develops hyperscale and AI-ready campuses in Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. In September 2026 its Malaysian unit agreed to buy 221.665 acres in Eco Business Park 7, Port Dickson, for RM1.013 billion.
