TCC Plantation Sdn Bhd is a private Kedah oil-palm plantation and investment holding company based at Topah Baru Estate, Semeling, Bedong, owned by the Teh family. In September 2026 it agreed to lease about 470 acres in Mukim Sungai Petani to Pekat Teknologi for 24 years for a solar and battery plant, at RM350 an acre a month.
