SkyGate NHJ Technology Sdn Bhd is a Malaysia–Singapore precision manufacturing joint venture formed on 14 July 2025 between a SkyGate Solutions Berhad subsidiary and New Jin Hai Pte Ltd. It runs a 36,000 sq ft five-axis CNC machining plant in the Perai Free Industrial Zone, Penang, serving semiconductor, electronics, medical, optical and aerospace customers.
