Silicon Island Development Sdn Bhd, incorporated 1 March 2023, is the project developer of Penang Silicon Island — 70% owned by Gamuda’s SRS PD Sdn Bhd and 30% by the state’s Penang Infrastructure Corporation. Under the project development agreement it finances and manages the reclamation and holds the right to dispose of the reclaimed land, including the 700-acre Green Tech Park.
