Sevenco

Sevenco Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian property developer led by group managing director Datuk Seri Koe Peng Kang, formerly deputy president and chief operating officer of S P Setia, with Jeffrey Chung as group chairman. Its northern-region projects include Vista Arora in Sungai Petani and Villa Cloud Gate in Tanjung Tokong; it bought the 2.32-acre Jalan Kelawai site from the Cheah Leong Keah trust in January 2026.
