Lotus Circular Bhd (Bursa: LOTUSCIR), formerly MESB Berhad, is a Main Market-listed Malaysian waste recycling group. Since renaming in December 2024 it has been consolidating around scrap, plastics, paper and wood-chip recycling through wholly owned subsidiaries including N.U. Recycle, Waier Trading, Formidex and MESB Resources, while exiting its legacy leather goods retail business.
