KIP Real Estate Investment Trust (Bursa: KIPREIT, 5280; KIP产托) is a Bursa-listed REIT, listed in 2017, that owns suburban malls (the KIPMall chain, AEON Mall Kinta City and, from late 2026, Setapak Central) and, since 2022, six industrial sale-and-leaseback assets in Pulau Indah, Cheras Jaya, Pasir Gudang and Bintulu leased to companies linked to its largest unitholder, Hextar founder Eddie Ong.
