Green Esteel Pte Ltd is the Singapore holding company of steel magnate You Zhenhua. It controls 50.1% of Southern Steel Berhad, 61.16% of Singapore-listed BRC Asia, Antara Steel Mills in Johor and Esteel Enterprise Sabah, and in September 2026 completed the RM290 million purchase of Ann Joo Steel Berhad and its 200-acre freehold mill site in Prai, Penang.
