E&R Engineering Corp is a Kaohsiung, Taiwan-based maker of laser and plasma equipment for semiconductor packaging, listed on the Taipei Exchange (8027), which also makes chip packaging materials such as carrier tapes. In October 2026 it opened a plant in Melaka’s Batu Berendam Free Trade Zone.
