Bursa Malaysia-listed property development arm of the Chin Hin group, one of Malaysia’s larger building materials and construction groups. It develops residential and mixed-use projects and has been expanding its Klang Valley landbank. Formerly Boon Koon Group Bhd, it agreed in 2026 to sell its commercial vehicle business and the Nibong Tebal factory to HSG Sdn Bhd for RM62 million.
