AmFIRST Real Estate Investment Trust (Bursa: AMFIRST, 5120) is the AmBank Group-sponsored REIT listed in December 2006. Managed by AmREIT Managers Sdn Bhd, it owns a RM1.6 billion portfolio of offices, The Summit Subang USJ and Mydin Hypermall Bukit Mertajam, and is selling Menara AmBank to AmBank for RM331 million to fund diversification into industrial, healthcare or education assets.
